SWELL Academy empowers teachers and educators, both pre-service and in-service,
to take ownership of their wellbeing and professional growth through Self-Directed
Learning (SDL). The project promotes the creation of adaptive, participative learning
environments where educators and students alike are valued, motivated, and engaged.
With 11 full partners and 15 associated partners, SWELL aims to influence
educational policy through evidence-based dialogue at both national and EU levels. By
connecting wellbeing, autonomy, and lifelong learning, the project supports a systemic
shift towards more inclusive, learner-driven education systems across Europe.
