While most of EUDEC’s work is done remotely, with team members spread across the world, this time we had the chance to meet in person. We missed Charlie, who’s off on an adventure around the globe, though we were glad he could join us for some meetings from afar. And Martina, who had to leave earlier—we saved a special spot for you in the team picture.
Over three days, we brainstormed, reviewed our progress and planned the future of EUDEC. This year brought many changes, and we’re working hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’re excited to introduce our new office team, Paola and Monika. Some of you may have met them already, while others might recognize their names from communications.
We’ve also seen changes in our council and are preparing for some important structural updates. Alongside this, we’re improving our member management systems and appreciate your patience as we address any challenges. We also discussed EUDEC’s future—how we can better serve our members and support children, schools, and parents.
We’re truly excited about what’s ahead! With so many plans and great people working together, 2025 promises to be an amazing year.
