The Learning Project, Ibiza is a self-directed – democratic learning space for approximately 70 children aged 3-16. We are looking for a full-time staff member, to cover maternity leave from March – June 2024.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a self-directed environment.
We are not initially posting a job description as we will ask that the candidate describes to us what they feel (based on experience) the role of a staff member is for them.
