Bealings School is a Local Authority maintained primary school spanning Reception to Year 6 with 105 children. It is in the village of Little Bealings in Suffolk.
Over the last 25 years under the leadership of its current headteacher, the school has built a national and international reputation for its approach to education: Learning and teaching is a co-constructed process based on the understanding that children learn best when there’s a meaningful context for that learning, and when the children are self-motivated to create meaning. Our children are empowered through our democratic whole-school meetings run by Year 6 pupils through which everyone’s voice is heard.
